Overall, my stay at this newly opened hotel was quite pleasant, with its modern renovations and friendly service standing out. The location near public transportation made it easy to explore nearby Zurich and Rapperswil. However, the breakfast service was a bit slow, and the lack of USB ports in the rooms was inconvenient. Despite these minor issues, I would consider returning for another visit.

I had a rather disappointing experience at this hotel. The reception was not staffed at all hours, which made check-in a hassle since I was assisted by a waiter. My room lacked warm water in the shower, and unfortunately, no one addressed the issue despite me reporting it. On my last night, I had a miscommunication that led to me being kicked out of my room without prior notice. It was frustrating and soured my stay.
